CITIL = CMMI+ITIL

How do you integrate ITIL and CMMI? How to run an integrated process optimization? With our integration of ITIL and CMMI we offer solutions for assessments and process optimization.

CITIL (=CMMI+ITIL) is a representation of ITIL in the CMMI structure. It "simply" is a representation of ITIL, the OGC's reference model focused on IT service organizations.

The CITIL representation makes ITIL compatible with CMMI - and vice versa. You can use ITIL with CMMI's core (process management, project management and generic practices). With CITIL, you can also use integrated appraisal techniques with ITIL and CMMI, that deliver results directly based on ITIL and CMMI practices.

We created CITIL for customers who are already using ITIL. Since ITIL has a large base in Europe, the CITIL representation of ITIL preserves the investments into ITIL. CMMI-ITIL is available for ITIL v2 and ITIL v3.
