This one to two day workshop is aimed at any employee or process expert who would like to use CITIL and is seeking an introductory training. It demonstrates the integration of ITIL into the structure of CMMI (mapping).

Prerequisites
You have a sound knowledge of CMMI and ITIL. You have completed the "Introduction to CMMI" course successfully.
Results
After this training you will have an overview of:
- The CMMI family of reference models
- The contents and structure of CMMI-ITIL Maturity Level 1 to Level 5 and the CITIL Capability Levels 0 bis 5
- An understanding of the Process Areas of CITIL
- An understanding of the components of CITIL and their possible application in your organization
- An understanding of the key concepts of CITIL as well as important relationships between models
- The characteristic behavior of each maturity level
- The typical pitfalls of process improvement and approaches to avoid these
