CMMI Compact
This one to two days training is aimed at project managers, all staff and managers who will have to implement the practices required by CMMI. It shows which requirements the CMMI Maturity Levels 2 and 3 sets for the organization, which tasks management is responsible for and which tasks and responsibilities the staff, management and the sponsor have within the process improvement initiative.

This training prepares employees for the implementation of CMMI in their organization. It motivates the participants for CMMI and shows the contents and structure of CMMI and how to implement it.
The course provides an overview of the special requirements of CMMI Maturity Levels 2 and 3 and the introduction into the organization.
You will learn:
- What a company and its projects look like when CMMI is implemented
- The benefits of software process improvement measures according to CMMI, illustrated through example cases
- The success factors for the introduction of CMMI
- The structure of CMMI
- How an assessment is performed
The theory is complemented through extensive practical exercises.

After this training you will have:
- Become familiar with the structure of CMMI maturity levels 1 to 5
- Become familiar with the detailed requirements of CMMI Maturity Levels 2 and 3
- Understanding for the responsibilities of management at CMMI Maturity Levels 2 and 3
- Recognized the benefits of software improvement initiatives based on CMMI
- The knowledge how an assessment is performed
- An understanding of the approach for introducing CMMI into the organization
- An understanding of the success factors, costs and duration for introducing CMMI into the organization
- An awareness of the components of the CMMI model and the possible application in your organization
