This 1-day training is for everyone who wants to know about CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC). It gives you a quick start to CMMI for Services and explains the fundamental concepts of CMMI regarding service delivery and the specific process areas of the new CMMI for Services Model.
This Training is for service companies and service providers who want to adjust their activities conform to CMMI-SVC.
This is the official SEI training after which you receive a SEI certificate. It is a prerequisite for anyone who intends to appraise or teach CMMI for Services.

The price includes the costs for the SEI registration and for an SEI certificate. The training package includes a printout of the CMMI-SVC v1.2 model, a handbook with the presentation slides, the CMMI-SVC and CMMI-DEV poster and a business lunch.
