What is SAFe?
SAFe cannot simply be rolled out SAFe is helpful with its collection of roles, artifacts, processes and techniques for designing a Lean & Agile organization. However, SAFe cannot be rolled out as an encyclopedia of agility. In order to use SAFe meaningfully, one must first pick out what is useful for one's own organization from the abundance of patterns.

SAFe is not the Problem
There are many more reasons why SAFe isn’t the problem, but that is really my main point. Yes. SAFe is wrong. Well, SAFe is a model. All models are wrong. Models are an abstraction. They are much less than reality, they are a simplification, they are … well, wrong. So, because SAFe is a model, SAFe is wrong. Models are not designed to be totally right.
