Summary

Establish and maintain a mutual understanding of the agreement with selected suppliers and end users based on acquisition needs and the suppliers’ proposed approaches.

Description

To assist in establishing a mutual understanding of the agreement, the acquirer should review requirements of the agreement with the supplier and end user. Because points of clarification and ambiguities can arise after award of the supplier agreement, the acquirer should work with the supplier and end user to ensure that a mutual understanding is maintained through the life of the project (e.g., supplier workshops, executive meetings).

  1. Correspondence clarifying elements of the agreement
