Joint Events
With multiple Teams it makes sense to have a joint planning session to plan what can be done in the next Sprint. The Teams execute a Joint Sprint planning One. During the Sprint the teams perform an alignment meeting, the so called „Scrum of Scrums (SoS)“. At the end of each Sprint each Teams perform a Gemeinsames Sprint Review and a joint sprint retrospective. Based on a need bases teams execute Joint Product Backlog Refinement.
Dedicated team events
Each Team perform their own detail planningsession (Part two of the Sprint Planning), their oen day planning (Daily Scrum) and a dedicated Sprint Retrospective.
