A guild - often referred to as a "Community of Practice" - is an interest group of employees who exchange expertise, knowledge, tools, results and practices. A guild can exists.of developers, Agility Masters or marketing staff. A guild reaches over several units of an organization.
Although typically employees with a dedicated competence participate in a guild, other interested are also welcome to join. Each guild meets regularly to work on common issues.
