Description
The Sprint Goal defines the value that through an Increment will be delivered in the Sprint. The Sprint Goal is the overal Vision of the Sprint. It is fixed and acts as orientation for the Development team.
With the Sprint Goal the team has a focus that enables them, to transfers the Product Backlog-items in actual value.
