Development team
Responsibilities
The Development team operates self organized to deliver the product.
The implementation team decides based on their own responsibility, how to implement an increment and how to achieve the sprint goal. It is responsible for all development steps and estimates and the team forecasts (in close co-operation with the PO) which product backlog items it will deliver during a sprint.
