Summary
The Development team presents the results of the Sprint. It focusses on the Sprint Goal. The Product Owner accepts this Increment. Based on the output of the review, the Prodcut Owner adjusts the Product Backlog. The Team and stakehoders discuss the result of the Sprints and what is to do next. Important: The team presents only the delivered functionality, no slides.
Duration: 1 hour for each week of the sprintlength
Description
Das Development team führt die Ergebnisse des Sprints mit Schwerpunkt auf das Sprint Goal vor. Der Product Owner nimmt dieses Increment ab und passt bei Bedarf das Product Backlog an. Das Team und die Stakeholder besprechen die Ergebnisse des aktuellen Sprints und was als Nächstes zu tun ist. Wichtig: Es werden nur erreichte Ergebnisse (keine Folien!) präsentiert.
