Description
The Stage goal defines the benefits that the Stage delivers through Increments. The Stage goal reflects the overarching vision of the Stage. It is typically unchangeable (during the stage) and serves as orientation for the Teams. Teams use the Stage goal to adapt Team Produkt Backlog-items during the Stage to realize the Stage goals if needed.
