Webinars: Leading deliverable organizations

wibas logo

Trends and hypes in management and organization come and go - from Lean to Agile to New Work or the next big method. But one thing remains unchanged: Companies are only successful if they are able to deliver real added value to their customers. This is exactly what we re talking about when we talk about Delivery capability speak.

Webinar 2: Leadership - perceiving yourself and others?! How inner attitude determines the effectiveness of leadership

Leadership - perceiving yourself and others - Webinar on 20.11.25

Leadership always takes place in complexity - and in this complexity, it is not so much the method that is decisive as the inner attitude. In times when simple answers and new leadership models are the trend, we want to focus on something more fundamental: the perceptiveness of managers.

Perceptiveness means facing up to complexity instead of shying away from it. It manifests itself in three dimensions:

  • in consciously dealing with your own patterns,
  • in genuine openness to other perspectives,
  • and in a mature understanding of responsibility and humility.

We will explore these three aspects in the webinar:

How can you become more aware of yourself and your own impact on the system?

What does it mean to take responsibility in the sense of Christopher Avery's Responsibility Process - and where does humility begin from a systems theory perspective?

And how do these attitudes change your own leadership behavior in everyday life?

We bring in practical examples from our work with management teams and invite you to reflect together: What does it mean to be effective as a leader - beyond methods, roles and tools?

Aim of the webinar

The webinar aims to provide orientation:

  • How can leadership succeed in complex systems when traditional management reaches its limits?
  • What attitudes make it possible to take responsibility without wanting to impose control?
  • And how can humility become the basis of an effective, learning organization?

What do the participants learn?

  • You understand what is meant by perceptiveness in leadership.
  • They recognize the connection between self-awareness, responsibility and humility.
  • You will get to know the Responsibility Process according to Christopher Avery as a model of conscious self-management.
  • They reflect on how humility becomes a key to effective leadership from a systems theory perspective.
  • They gain impulses on how they can strengthen their own perceptiveness in everyday management.

Who is the webinar for?

The webinar is aimed at anyone who deals with leadership issues - as management, team leader, product owner, scrum master, agile coach or interested manager.

No prior knowledge is required - the decisive factor is the willingness to look at yourself and your own leadership behavior in a new light.

Webinar 1: Delivery capability through leadership on 23.10.2025

Webinar: Delivery capability through leadership on 23.10.2025

How do different leadership styles influence an organization's ability to deliver? In the webinar on 23.10.25, Caroline Haußmann and Frank Eberhard will focus on two leadership approaches that have proven to be relevant:

Authentic leadership and servant leadership. Both have their strengths, both pose challenges. Together, they look at how these approaches work in real organizations and what consequences they have for day-to-day work;

They draw on their practical experience and present a 4-field matrix that makes it easy to categorize different management approaches.

Following the impulse, they invite participants to contribute their own experiences, critically question the models and discuss their relevance for their own context. The aim is to get a clearer picture of which management styles strengthen delivery capability - and where potential pitfalls lie.

Aim of the webinar

The webinar on October 23 aims to provide orientation: Which leadership approaches ensure delivery capability in organizations? How can leadership behavior be designed in such a way that it supports teams to deliver lasting and sustainable value?

What do the participants learn?

  • You understand what delivery capability means in organizations.
  • You will learn the basic features of Authentic Leadership and Servant Leadership and will be able to differentiate between them.
  • You will receive a pragmatic model for classifying management approaches.
  • They reflect on how different leadership styles can affect their own practice.

Who is the webinar for?

The session is aimed at anyone who deals with leadership issues - whether as an executive, manager, team lead, scrum master, product owner, agile coach or interested team member. Previous knowledge is helpful, but not a prerequisite: the decisive factor is a willingness to talk about leadership and the ability to deliver.

Excerpt from the webinar: Authentic Leadership
