Meetup with the GPM on 11.06.25

For several years now, we have been organizing a joint event with the Society for Project Management (GPM) Meetups at wibas in Darmstadt. This year's Meetup will take place on 11.06.25 from 4-8 pm in Darmstadt. This time, the GPM Agile Management specialist group will also be there. In addition to our impulses, they will also provide valuable insights into exciting topics.

Important: if you want to take part in the AI workshop with Sascha, please bring a laptop.

A mix of impulses and in-depth workshops

Our lightweight agenda consists of 3 consecutive impulses on different topics as well as 3 in-depth workshops on these topics.

Impulse 1: Systematic agility: The Agile Management Maturity Map (AM3) as a strategic compass:

Agnetha Flore, Head of Scientific Collaborations & Innovation Partnerships at the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institute and Hubertus Tuczek, show you how to use the AM3 model to determine the maturity level of a company in six different dimensions.

In the workshop, the contents are deepened and the model is applied in an exemplary manner.

Impulse 2: AI and Agile:

Helge Wild, Professor of Digital Business Engineering, Wilhelm Büchner University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, will present the latest study results on the real-life use of AI in agile project management and show which applications actually work and where the greatest benefits arise.

Workshop: AI and Agile with Sascha Geßler

Experience in Sascha's interactive AI workshop how artificial intelligence not only works, but can also be used practically in your everyday work. In a compact session, we combine technical understanding with hands-on applications so that you can get started right away. Perfect for anyone who not only wants to understand AI in theory, but also use it in practice.

Impulse 3: Leadership in Complexity: Effective leadership in the 21st century

Caroline D. Haußmann and Frank Eberhard, Senior Executive Consultants and Executive Coaches, talk about how leadership can succeed in complex times and what skills characterize successful leaders.

In the workshop, the wibas leadership model will be deepened together and specific ways of shaping leadership in the modern world will be worked out in order to act successfully and responsibly.
