Understanding Agile Release Trains in SAFe for Teams Training

Become part of an Agile Release Trains (ART) and develop your full potential in a SAFe® team! In our "SAFe for Teams" training you will learn all the skills you need to be successful as a team member in an ART and to collaborate effectively with other teams. Gain a deeper understanding of the ART and discover how you can use Scrum, Kanban and XP. You will learn how to write stories, split features, prepare and execute iterations and planning intervals. In addition, you will learn how the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture work, how to optimally integrate into the ART and what is necessary for the continuous improvement of the ART.

Experience working in ART with a SAFe simulation

With an exciting SAFe® simulation, you will experience the work in the Agile Release Train (ART) up close! In playful exercises, you will put what you have learned directly into practice. To begin with, you will design an inspiring product vision and assemble your teams. Together, you will carry out an ART backlog refinement and then embark on realistic PI planning.
The highlight: you will put your ideas into practice and build your product together with the other teams using colorful building blocks - bringing theory to life and making it tangible!

Of course, the official SAFe® slides are included. The wibas trainers are certified SAFe® Practice Consultants (SPC) of Scaled Agile, Inc. SAFe for Teams in 3 days

We conduct the SAFe fort Teams training in three days. This gives us the space for the simulation that scaled agility makes it tangible. On this basis, we can respond to the individual contexts of the participants and answer practical questions.

SAFe for Teams remote or in presence

We offer our in-house events in two variants: On-site at your company or remote. Both forms are interactive live trainings with the usual wibas flair. You decide which format you prefer.

What requirements should I meet for this training?
Anyone can participate in this training - regardless of how experienced you are. However, if you want to take the SAFe® 6.0 Practitioner (SP) certification exam, you should meet the following prerequisites: 
- Familiarity with agile concepts and principles
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and XP 
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware development processes.

Is there an exam?
- This is an official training licensed by Scaled Agile Inc.
- All participants can take the SAFe 6.0 Practitioner (SP) exam at Scaled Agile Inc. after the training
- This training prepares you optimally for the exam

Will I receive a certificate?
