05.06.25 wibas evening event: cross-team collaboration
Good team coordination ensures that frictional losses and waiting times are avoided in order to increase the outcome. In the remote Meetup , we shed light on the success factors of cross-team collaboration.
11.06.25: Meetup: Rethinking project management: agility as a success factor.
For years we have been organizing the Society for Project Management (GPM)
Meetups at wibas in Darmstadt. The next Meetup will take place on 11.06.25 from 4-8 pm. This time, the GPM Agile Management specialist group will also be there. The topics will be agile and AI, the agile maturity model and leadership in a complex environment.

Do you have questions about Kanban or workflow? Here you will find answers to your questions. Our colleague Astrid Meyser offers a Kanban consultation hour every first Wednesday of the month. Here you can discuss all your questions about Kanban, the introduction or establishment of a system, key figures or potential for improvement.

n November it's time again: our Meetup Agility in the development and production of physical products, which we held for the first time last year with many participants, will take place for the 3rd time in Darmstadt from 1-6 pm. Participation is free of charge.

Evaluate the delivery capability of your organization. You will receive recommendations on which measures can support your organization on the way to more efficiency, more effectiveness and more customer orientation.
Survey on the topic of process improvement
Take part in a short survey on how your organization deals with process improvement. Once a month, we will give away our bestseller: "Organization in a digital age."
Scrum consultation hour
Do you have questions about Scrum or agility? Our colleague Anna Rudat offers a Scrum consultation hour every second Tuesday.
Digital transformation 2024
On November 26 and 27, 2024, the 14th Annual International Digital Transformation Conference took place in Leipzig. The conference is a great networking event. This year, we are looking forward to being there at a stand for our customers and to the presentation by our colleagues.
