Meetup at wibas: Flight Levels® Flight Club - 13.01.26

Together with the Flight Levels® Flight Club - Wilder Süden community, we are very pleased to be hosting their 3rd Meetup. The Meetup will take place on Tuesday, 13.01.26, at our premises in Darmstadt. The content will start at 6 pm and is scheduled to end at 9 pm. The Meetup is free of charge.

From Working to Managing - The Shift to Conscious Team Coordination

Many organizations are familiar with this: as long as there are only a few teams, communication is usually direct. But as soon as several teams work together, it becomes crucial to consciously define responsibilities for prioritization, coordination and planning.

In this Meetup there are:

Impulse talk by Joanna Petrovici (Agile & Systemic Coach) - she shows concrete recognition signs and practical examples for the transition from Flight Level 1 to Flight Level 2.
Open Space Sessions - afterwards we exchange ideas together: How do you handle this transition in your organizations? Which approaches work for you?
