In addition to moderating the agility track, our wibasian Tina Eisoldt and Frank Eberhard will give a presentation on the topic of"Leading in a complex environment". The presentation will address numerous challenges that are omnipresent in medical technology: increasing product requirements and regulations as well as a difficult market situation. They will present a scheme with which the seemingly contradictory expectations of leadership can be classified and transformed into goal-oriented leadership. The participants:

get to know a model for structuring management work,
learn how to set up their management team effectively,
recognize how they focus their own activities on their goals
receive tips on how to improve their ability to deal with complexity.

Regulatory requirements, technological dynamics and high pressure to innovate characterize day-to-day management in medical technology. Managers are constantly caught between conflicting priorities: security and speed, depth of detail and prioritization, expert autonomy and standardization.

In the presentation "Leading in a complex environment", we present a model that makes these contradictory expectations manageable. In this intensive session, we will go one step further: Tina Eisoldt will show how the four leadership fields of the TOYOTA Lean Leadership Model can be specifically applied in regulated everyday life.

Using typical situations from development and product organizations - audit pressure, review loops, operational escalations, expert conflicts - we work with tried-and-tested tools, such as Canvas to clarify alignment instead of over-specification, a structured learning logic for sustainable improvement, a coaching microstructure to develop problem-solving skills or a self-management tool to consciously shape responsibility.
