Ready for change?

The introduction of Scrum and Scaled Agile means a change. In order to assess how big the cultural change is and how ready an organization is for it, an analysis of the organization's readiness for change helps. The Project Management Institute (PMI) has published a white paper on readiness for change. The article is called "Change Readiness: Focusing Change Management Where It Counts". The white paper describes why readiness for change is important and how it can be assessed. It also outlines the impact of potential gaps and how to deal with them.
