Friends of cultivated agility,
At wibas, we see it as one of the greatest and most rewarding challenges to impart and share our knowledge and experience in the field of agility. Regardless of whether it is about agile culture, frameworks, techniques or general changes in the agile environment. Regardless of whether this takes place at team or management level, in the context of a project or in the course of an agile transformation.
In our work, we find time and again that convincing storytelling paired with meaningful visualizations is one of the keys to mastering this challenge. That's why we want to share with you some stories that have often helped us in this context and show you how we have told these stories with the help of flipcharts.
That is why we are starting a new blog series "Flipcharts of an agilist". We want to provide you with content and flipcharts of this kind and engage in an exchange with you. Write us your constructive and critical comments on the articles. You are also welcome to share your favourite story or visualization with us or ask us about specific topics. We want to start the new blog series "Flipcharts of an agilist" with the history of Lean & Agile.
