As the world of work becomes increasingly complex and the ongoing digitalization of society continues to bring about change, the challenges facing us humans are becoming ever greater. Gone are the days when organizational structures and responsibilities remained stable for years. Means of communication are changing just as quickly as the ways in which we obtain information. The waves of change are washing over us in all areas of life. At the same time, however, we should continue to function and perform, and please do so permanently.
This increasingly leads people to a point in their day-to-day work where they would like to confide in someone and seek help in sorting out their own challenges and making decisions. Coaching offers such support. This word is used in various senses, often to mean, for example, the transfer of specialist knowledge. However, the actual meaning of coaching is to accompany a person in finding solutions to their challenges.
Coaching is an increasingly popular option that companies are using for their managers and employees in order to strengthen them and promote individual development.
Up to now, we have used coaching as part of change projects that we have supported. Now we offer individual coaching as well as values work directly.
