A short review of our Scrum Day 2016 in Stuttgart. Sybille, Caro, Sascha and Malte were delighted to see old friends again and meet lots of new people at Scrum Day.
Malte presented our new Agile Organization Builder and took the opportunity to try it out with many visitors. The advantages and disadvantages of the various options were discussed and initial ideas for solutions were developed.
During this time, Wolfgang Hilpert and Sascha presented their Scaled Agile solution at Sophos and talked a bit about how they came up with this solution. You can watch and download the presentation in slides here.
Caro took the opportunity to mingle with the visitors, attend presentations and get in touch with old friends and new faces together with Sybille. Sybille in particular enjoyed the interesting conversations with new faces and was happy to answer questions about her career @ wibas.
