Our values

Driven by the desire to find out "what makes us wibasians", we - i.e. ALL wibas employees - worked intensively together to identify our corporate values. Initially, discussions were held in small groups, and pithy points were remembered and selected in order to discuss and finally consolidate these results in several cycles in ever larger groups. It was particularly important to us that the values were lived and experienced and not just nice-sounding empty words. By collecting and grouping - many! - examples and concrete situations to arrive at the values.

The result can now be seen on an office wall in our lobby: our 14 values and examples of how we bring them to life and how we recognize them.

Of course they are not carved in stone, they are meant to live and change if necessary... that's why we had them made in wood! 😉
