At the same time, we have to make sure that one change does not chase the next change in a company. Otherwise, a change will not have the chance to establish itself sustainably in an organization. In order to anchor sustainable change in an organization, we rely on the agile approach. We break down the big change into small packages that we deliver regularly. We call this approach "Sprint Change" and you can get to know it in our Agile Change Manager training.

"Agile project and management principles and techniques offer a proven implementation system in small steps, which is the best way to master the particular challenge of projects with diffuse, volatile, longer-term visions of the future."
(David Croome, Why agile and change go together)

In the training you have the opportunity to plan your change project together with the trainers using the Sprint Change Method, completely individually. The training generally consists of 40% trainer method input, 40% exercises to apply the method(s) to your example, 20% reflection on the method(s) and on possible solutions for the participants' cases. In good wibas style, the training is designed without slides and many examples are presented.

It is particularly important to us that you can continue to plan and design your own change project during this training. You will get to know all 8 success factors and methods that will help you to implement the 8 success factors in your change project. In the practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to apply the methods presented to your own project.

We hope that the Agile Change Manager Training and look forward to your feedback and suggestions.
