Knowing nothing does nothing. Learning nothing does. This is why learning is a significant success factor for a company. This is exactly what Andreas Edler addressed in his presentation at solutions.hamburg in the wibas track.
As Senior Product Manager at the Reifeisen Group, Andreas Edler is primarily concerned with how the development process of a new product in mobile banking can be optimized. This is not always easy in the banking sector due to the confidentiality guidelines and rigid structures. But even in the banking sector, it is possible to make feedback cycles smaller and faster. For Andreas Edler, it is particularly important that the innovation process is not limited to the office, but that potential customers are integrated directly into the process as a source of feedback. The advice is to go to where the potential users are and not to bring them into the office. With mobile banking, this is quite simple: go to the door. Andreas Edler and his teams sometimes move the entire development process from the office to shopping centers, shopping streets or pedestrian zones. In his presentation, he now promotes this approach, which he believes is extremely effective.
Learning: perhaps you should consider building the new office in a shopping center or in the shopping mile, just like the Swiss startup Runtastic!!!!
