Web presence that has clearly improved on the old one. New logo, new graphics, fresh images. And, time and again, provocatively succinctly summarized findings. For example, on the subject of cultural change programs:

"'How do we change our culture' would be the wrong question - it would lead to a cultural change program and therefore be a waste of money. Even if you are constantly being offered this as an irredeemable fallacy everywhere."

There is plenty of material to discover on Gerhard's pages. Especially thinking material. Because much of it is so dense and condensed.

And as often as I have heard and read his differentiations, I find it difficult to abandon the old thought patterns that I recognize as wrong and try out new, clearer ones.
