Based on many years of experience in lean manufacturing and systemic organizational development, an agile strategy process seemed to fit the corporate culture and participative creation. The strategy work additionally lent itself as a self-contained project for trying out agility.

As a manufacturing company, E-T-A has long had good experience with Lean. Since 2019, we have also been working with agile methods and according to agile principles. We see Lean and Agile as sister disciplines that fit very well together. As Managing Director, I am involved in this further development of the organization, together with our management team and the group of Agile coaches.

Scrum is a lean framework Scrum defines a few cornerstones with regard to the procedure - that is why it is often referred to as a framework. There are three responsibilities (often referred to as "roles"), four events and three artifacts (result types).
