This two-day training (remote 3 days) will prepare you as a Scrum Master Prepare for your leadership role in driving agile teams, programs, and business success in a SAFe® implementation. You will learn how to foster cross-team interactions that support and continuously improve program execution. The training extends the Scrum model with:

An introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices.

the application of Kanban to promote the value stream

Supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in larger program and enterprise contexts.

You will also learn practical tools and methods to build high performing teams and address Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the organization.
