Something for everyone: Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking
So it is rather ahead of Scrum and Kanban. Agile scaling is anything where we have more than one team, so we use Scrum and/ or Kanban in multiple teams, and in turn organize the collaboration of these teams fractally with Scrum or Kanban. These were only the most important frameworks. Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking are the most widely used frameworks – but of course that's not all.

In these meetings, the Agility Master and the team conducted regular Retrospectives through. Current challenges faced by the team were analyzed at these meetings. These discussions resulted in various measures to improve the work processes, sometimes in the form of adjustments to the board itself.

Agile Myths: User Stories – a mandatory format for Scrum Teams?!?
And do Scrum Teams have to document requirements in the user story format? Don’t they otherwise make a “real” Scrum? What does the Scrum Guide say? If the User Story format is mandatory for Scrum Teams, then it should be in the Scrum Guide. Pragmatically as I am, I entered the words “User Story” into the text search of the Scrum Guide and didn’t get a single hit!
