Prioritizing plays an important role within self-organization and time management. Steve Jobs once said “I’m as proud of what we don’t do as I am of what we do.” He is as proud of what he does as well as what he doesn’t do. By leaving things undone, you create time and focus to finish others. When you don’t prioritize, everything seems urgent and consequently everything loses urgency.

Kanban does not change the rules of Scrum, but allows you to better understand Scrum and implement it more efficiently. wibas will be moderating the track: Agile Leadership Leadership – what does that actually mean? Good question, isn’t it? If you look in a dictionary, you might find the definition: “the action of leading a group of people or an organization.”

The simulation is a hands-on experience of how the choice of process and the way of working together change the results. Participants take on the roles of a development team and go through different scenarios, each using different approaches to work. After each round, they reflect on their experiences and identify areas for improvement.

In detail: the agile strategy process with wibas In addition to the "classic" business management techniques of a strategy (e.g. SWOT analysis), we deliberately use procedures from the agile toolbox in agile strategy development.
