One day for the first Scrum overview

This one-day Scrum workshop is aimed at all those interested in Scrum. In the training you will get to know the framework and can use the acquired knowledge as a basis for decision-making for further work with Scrum in your company. These topics will be covered:

Two days for transfer to your company

During this two-day Scrum workshop you will learn the principles and basic practices of Scrum. Participants will work with the wibas coach to develop solutions for your everyday life. These topics will be covered:

• Structure and design of product backlogs
