Scrum is primarily about one team and one product. We talk about scaling Scrum in the case of multiple teams and/or multiple products. Over time, the team understood that not every task had to be completed immediately.

While Product Owners are team representatives from a scaling point of view (they are a member of the Scrum Team), I personally like to have developers in the room, too, when estimating the size of Features. Do not change anything in the concept of Story Points when Scaling. Long story short: The concept of Story points is old, and with SAFe we do not change it.

Today: Agile equals Scrum. Agility equals Scrum !?! After Scrum has become more and more firmly established in software development over the past 20 years, many people see it as the stereotype for agile working. But is that all? Is there something else behind the buzzword “agile”? Yes, there is, because Scrum is meant for product development, and not all work is product development.
