What is Scaled Agile?
Scrum is primarily about one team and one product. We talk about scaling Scrum in the case of multiple teams and/or multiple products. Something for everyone: Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking
Product can be a service, hardware or software. Kanban is the most flexible of all frameworks. This makes Kanban universally applicable. To start with Kanban is easy, to become good with Kanban needs a lot of patience and spit. Design Thinking is used to generate new ideas and products. So it is rather ahead of Scrum and Kanban.

Organizational development in the chemical industry
By introducing Scrum, we were able to reduce the number of meetings by around two thirds, which created capacities that were not available before. External tasks brought to the team were now prioritized and filtered by the product owner, which was an important learning curve for the team. Over time, the team understood that not every task had to be completed immediately.

Agile Estimation in SAFe: Debunking Myths and Clarifying Practices
While Product Owners are team representatives from a scaling point of view (they are a member of the Scrum Team), I personally like to have developers in the room, too, when estimating the size of Features. Do not change anything in the concept of Story Points when Scaling. Long story short: The concept of Story points is old, and with SAFe we do not change it.
