  • What is SAFe?

    SAFe cannot simply be rolled out SAFe is helpful with its collection of roles, artifacts, processes and techniques for designing a Lean & Agile organization. They are much less than reality, they are a simplification, they are … well, wrong. So, because SAFe is a model, SAFe is wrong. Models are not designed to be totally right.
