The Collaboration Poker game is simple and allows teams to resolve potential conflicts. The aim of the game The aim of the game is to achieve a common understanding of responsibility and to reduce tensions and conflicts between the teams.

  • Leading SAFe 6.0 Training (SA)

    So far, this has rather kept me away from attending this training, as I learn best through interaction and visualization. But Malte, fortunately, proved me wrong. He made the topic of SAFe really tangible for us with his hands-on training and humorous explanations. Not only did he make sure that we were well prepared for the exam, but he also made sure that we really understood the content.
