SAFe is not the Problem
The same is true for scaled agile. Additionally, scaled has that exponent attached to it. We need exponentially more practice. The problems are exponentially bigger. Coming to a common understanding with 100 people is exponentially more difficult. The agile transformation is exponentially messier. That is no-one’s fault. That is the consequence of larger social systems.
