Estimation with Normalized Story Points? Really?
In this case a story A of size ‘two’ from one team and a story B of size ‘two’ from another team have comparable size. Count the Story Points of the pulled items. Use that as your estimate of initial Capacity. The slide is about finding a reference Story that represents “1” Story Point.
